A Community Symposium has been organized on Monday May 26, 2008 from 7:00 am to 1:30 pm in this hotel.

Lectures, educational programs and clinics have been specially organized for the local community and patients with cardiovascular related medical problems. All presentations will be given by members of the Puerto Rico Chapter of the American College of Cardiology.

Additional information is provided in a separate program in Spanish specially designed for the registered patients. Spouses, sons, daughters, grandparents and in-laws are cordially invited to attend this educational Eighth Community Symposium.

Lectures, medical advices, useful hints, as well as hypertension and cholesterol screening clinics will be provided to all members of our community who attend this special and unique activity.

Members of the chapter will be available before, during and after the seminar to answer questions and clarify specifi c situations. Emphasis will be provided to preventive cardiology, healthy habits and rehabilitation measures for those with cardiac ailments.

A luncheon will be served at 1:00 pm and an entertainment program will be offered.
